Aviators: this is where you go to start the process for your medical.   Do NOT forget to bring the access code to your visit.  We need it to complete your examination.

Medical tests to be avoided.  This site will answer your questions re: that test, should you or shouldn't you.   

Drug and alcohol treatment facility we work with in Fulton.  Our office has a list of most outpatient programs in upstate new york.  Ask our staff when in the office for a copy.
